All purchases made at Zavelle are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing guides, and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a specific piece, please contact us before placing your order.
Exceptions: In the event that you receive an item that is materially different from its description, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review each case individually.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.
- Domestic (United States): Estimated 5–10 business days after dispatch
- International: Timelines vary by destination. Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
Jewellery Care
- Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box
- Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and perfumes
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth — avoid harsh chemicals
- 18K gold-plated pieces last longer when kept away from moisture
Our pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-free.

Zavelle collects personal information solely to process and fulfil your orders. We do not sell or share your data. Payment processing is handled securely through Shopify Payments.
